Simon came over the same day I contacted him after sending pictures of the issue. He diagnosed and fixed the issue the next day. Professional and reliable. Would recommend.

Simon was extremely helpful and available at short notice to investigate why our boiler was malfunctioning and also to prep for installing a wall radiator. He provided detailed explanations and was always quick to respond.
Had trouble with my boiler, after trying many heating engineers I was passed the details of Professor Plumb. Arrived earlier than arranged and on the right day, diagnosed the fault and fixed quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend highly enough. Excellent job at an excellent price.
