Amazing. We had heating in our radiators from our boiler but no hot water supply. Simon called me back (on a Saturday) and walked me through all the diagnostic checks with marked up photos and clear instructions and then recommended a temporary fix….which worked! …and then he proceeded to advise me on what i needed to buy to fix the problem permanently, complete with a website link. I honestly cannot thank, or recommend, Simon highly enough.

I had a bad leak. Simon was busy on a job but still took the time to ask for more info and pics. He told me what tools I needed and how to use them. Leak fixed. So grateful. Cant recommend him enough.
