Professor Plumb has worked for me at multiple properties, and I'm finally writing this long overdue review after Blue replaced my 19-year-old conventional water heater with a tankless unit yesterday. He was amazing! Blue worked late into the night on a Friday to ensure we had hot water, then came back on Saturday, worked late to finish the job, and didn't grumble when we asked for adjustments. These guys are very knowledgable and very friendly, and we've had them come out multiple times for different issues and/or projects. One time, we called them out for a water leak, and I was going to replace an anti-syphon valve near that yard leak. They fixed the leak, but they also went ahead and took the 3 mins to put the new valve on for me. We've used them multiple times, and will continue to do so.
