Mark is the glue that holds our lives together. He has supported and guided our family through much turmoil and many medical/psychiatric minefields. His knowledge and understanding are incredible and he is always searching for new knowledge. On top of that he is caring and compassionate and gets us through some of the hard times with just the right amount of humour. I cannot speak more highly of any medical professional out of the hundreds with whom we have come into contact throughout decades.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet,Professor Mark Walterfang yesterday for an IME appointment organised by, Gallagher Bassett, WorkCover insurers. I have had some bad experiences with IMEs but, Professor Mark Walterfang was a breath of fresh air. A very caring and compassionate man. I was very wound up as the IME was approaching. He's extremely knowledgeable, interested in updating his knowledge, interested in the whole person and their condition, in addition to being extremely personable and tuned into people's needs. Members of our organisation see him clinically and we also have an excellent relationship with him as an advisor to our support organisation. Highly recommended.
