Wish these other people reviewing based on the staff, would delete their comments. Its not a fair reflection on Dr Hourigan - he is the best at what he does, we are lucky to have him in Australia. World-class. Seriously 10/10
The complaint is not with the Doctors, it is with one telephone reception staff member. They send messages to contact them but when you phone she does not want to listen to why you are calling. Too busy talking over the top of you and second guessing what you have to say rather than listening. Rude and very poorly trained.
