Waited 3 hours, and had to leave without seeing. Communication is non existence, and arrogance at the front desk is extreme (looks like schoolies without any skills to talk to patients). Happy to return next day - if they have asked rather than keep waiting. Prof Kiat, I know you are so professional and hats off to your work and your passion on medical servivce- like to see you but your front staff is so unhelpful and let you down.
I cannot speak highly enough about Prof Kiat. His skill in cardiology is exceptional, outstanding in every way. He has kept my heart ticking now for 8 years. His knowledge is expansive. It extends beyond cardiology, which enables him to consider one's total body health in view of treatment and meds.
