Such a great experience! He was such a nice guy and he even cleaned our back room In our basement which saves us a huge headache! We also love Gatsby they have been great from the start!
Gatsby responded to our call quickly and with a nights notice, had someone out the next day. Eric was very professional and had great customer service skills. He found and repaired our issue in a timely fashion. I will definitely be using Gatsby for any future repairs.
Dominic came in the time he said. Solved the problem with the commercial heater. And even helped with a question related to the fix which also worked. And kudos to Emily for handling the front end work returning phone calls and emails even late hours on a Sunday.
Grateful for the call-ahead to let me know they were on the way. Arrived at the early part of my appointment window (yay!). Friendly and professional, and respectful of my home. *extra gratitude for being kind to my nosy dog!
