Absolute excellent no nonsense service from Dr Maher and very satisfied with the multiple surgeries he did on me in one hit in 2023. I regained my confidence to live day to day without constant padding and no longer dehydrate myself before running to prevent the obvious. Excellent pre on post op care, excellent medical management of other issues too. Ensure you rest and follow post op instructions closely, I did and have never looked back.
Thank you Prof Maher for not bothering to examine me after years of chronic UTIs. Despite all history of UTIs and a detailed referral from my GP, requesting urodynamic studies to further investigate my case, Prof Maher said it made no sense to do such test in a 30 yo woman. Worst treatment ever and no discussion about alternatives.
Professor Christopher Maher is a miracle worker. The operation has changed my life. He Listened, He Acted and He Explained the whole procedure. Writing on behalf of my friend because she doesn’t want to be known. Professor Chris Maher was so rude to my friend. As soon as he heard she has never had kids, even knowing her background of ehlers danlos sydrome, he said its impossible to have pelvic organ prolapse at 36 with no kids, and he refused to read her previous urogynecologist notes, said he was not going to read them, did a really quick physical check then disregarded everything else saying she does not have prolapse, does not have interstitial cystitis and does ... read more
