Rent through the professionals at your own risk. Very unprofessional and very rude. My elderly next door neighbour moved out and went out of there way to leave a note in my mailbox advising me of how Erin treated them as they moved out breaking there lease. They never posted my bond with NSW fare trading and I'm 5 months into my 6 month tenancy agreement. Tried telling me some bs about cheques being sent back. Insufficient information and service
Rented 3 different properties over approximately 7 years with Meridee & the team @ professionals Tamworth. We can’t fault them. Issues were dealt with promptly & inspections carried out around our busy working schedule! Only left due to work commitments. (Moved away)
