I entrusted my investment property to the Professionals three years ago and must say that I'd be hard pressed to find a more competent and professional Property manager than Erin Watson and the rest of the team at the Professionals. I can't praise them enough for their outstanding and fussless work. Over 400 for them houses you have to be jokeing thats area is not worth that house and land and house only go for 200k at most.
Rent through the professionals at your own risk. Very unprofessional and very rude. My elderly next door neighbour moved out and went out of there way to leave a note in my mailbox advising me of how Erin treated them as they moved out breaking there lease. They never posted my bond with NSW fare trading and I'm 5 months into my 6 month tenancy agreement. Tried telling me some bs about cheques being sent back. I have engaged both Bill and Meridee's services for several years. Bill is a great salesperson who is genuine and very proactive when it comes to selling properties.
