Being in customer service, I speak to many customers every single day and I can't bring my head around how I was spoken to this morning by the property manager who sounded so annoyed and dismissive. Worst, when I spoke to the owner she told me that she was sitting next to the property manager and heard everything, and did not see anything wrong.
