Do not use, Unprofessional and will tell you anything So you don't take the matters further They will bluntly lie to your face and do the complete opposite.... DO NOT USE the unprofessionalism at Sandgate
As a tenant you don't have much choice with who you use, but my experience with them would urge me to caution landlords. We had a period of time where they missed 3 or 4 inspections in a row, yet gave a terrible reference for this time period when moving on. They eventually asked for our keys to cut a copy from, so this may have been why they didn't come through.
