Bradley and his team are a great asset in helping us sell our house. Calm and wise to all situations. Bradley and his team helped us navigate all challenging situations that can arise with selling a home. His cool, calm and knowledgeable assistance helped put out minds at ease and made a stressful period go much easier. Bradley's resources such as cleaner, chippy and himself came in handy when things weren't going smoothly. I couldn't recommend Bradley and his team more highly.
The Unprofessionals would be a better fit. We had the most stressful year thanks to the unprofessional team and the tenant who was chosen. Neighbours have told us that a couple never did live there. First breach. A few weeks into the tenancy a dog appeared and the tenant in writing changed her story from the application. Second breach. The tenant stumped trees without our approval. Third breach.
