She went above by fixing my broken stubbed toe and matching the colour to the others perfectly. Plus my pinky has very limited nail but managed to pop colour on and top up the regrowth!!! I was blown away. I'll be coming back to northlakes professional nails each time
Normally a regular however after today, I will never return. Who I am assuming is the boss/ owner sat me down & I said 3x times French tip hands & feet square shape with a little nail art she acknowledged. She asked me to pay for the whole service upfront to which I did. She did half of my refill, sent me for my pedicure to which that lady chomped my toenails down til I keep flinching as she was hurting me, all of sudden there was 3 of them sitting/ standing around me telling me I had to pay extra as I wanted French tip to w... read more
Took my mum here today to fix her “clumpy” nails up she had done elsewhere and Hau did an amazing job and was so lovely, thank you! We will be back!
