Please take heed of other 1 star reviews. They act like they doing you a favour by taking your money for their services. Rude. Poor communication. Only got worse as time went on. Once my tenant moved out I found a lot of broken things, missing keys, basic things that should have been picked up on. Please shop around and don't use Jones & Co Mount Lawley.
As we all know renting these days can be a bit of a nightmare. But I must say my renting experience drastically improved when Emily Wilde took over as my property manager, Emily is friendly and made me feel comfortable during rent inspections, she communicates exceptionally well and did all she could when my landlords were delaying repairs at my property. I’m now moving on to a new rental and will miss having Emily as my property manager 🥲
As a tenant for over 2 years now, Emily Wilde has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. The breach she earned, 6 months ago, via her unlawful entry and trespass, has been totally disregarded by her employer if she happened to mention that it occurred. Conduct which would bring about a criminal investigation were it not for her real estate license which means she must reoffend before any criminal action can be taken. The worst property manager for our rental flat in Mount Lawley. A few examples include: 1) Property was rented out for many years 20-30% below market rates as we discovered recently. Yes, maybe we should not have trusted and accepted their “expert” advice over this time (for which they are well paid for). 2) They passed the tenant’s final rental inspection and the bond was returned.
