The property was lovely but we were being charged with damage fees that are not due to our negligence. It could be poor material used or wear and tear from previous tenants. Owner unwilling to discuss. Very disappointed.
Great staff
When we got a call from Paula that our holiday rental had been cancelled due to a water leak in the property we were so disappointed. Although this was out of her control, she was so lovely, apologetic and tried to find something else for us. Then the next day she called and said they had another property that was available. We had already found something else to stay at, but I just wanted to say how warm it made me feel that she had attempted to help us out again. Great service and follow up!!!
Jenny and Annie have recently helped us purchase a property in Marysville. They were professional and friendly in dealing with us. All of our enquiries have been promptly responded and the whole process was very smooth. We are happy owners of our holiday house.
