Outstanding agent with excellent knowledge and great communication. . Another excellent result with Justin selling another property for me. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. Justin is my go to for sales and also property management. Excellent market knowledge, great negotiator to ensure a great result.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey for around five years as our property manager and she was absolutely incredible throughout. She was always professional, super responsive, so friendly and made our experience as tenants so easy - which can be so hard to find in the rental market! Whenever we had an issue, she genuinely cared and always wanted to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better property manager and would highly recommend Tracey to anyone!
I honestly cannot fault the quality and professionalism of Tracey at Professionals Keith Brady Real Estate. Tracey is everything you could want in a property manager and more! She’s easy to communicate with, understanding, responsive and genuinely great at her job. I’ve had such a positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey to anyone looking for a property manager. I look forward to the possibility of having Tracey as my property manager again in the future!
Perfect advice on campaign lead to a great price. Brian provided perfect advice on the campaign including style photographs, price advertising and presenting the complex. His negotiation resulted in a very positive outcome, with the property under contract by a happy buyer in two weeks for a great price.
So glad Brian was recommended to me. Brian could not have done more to help me during an emotional and difficult time with the selling of my mother's home due to relocating interstate into residential aged care closer to family. Brian was very helpful, caring, considerate and professional and I highly recommend him.
