Holiday bookings: We have booked a holiday rental through Jurien Bay probably half a dozen times now and have been really impressed with the service. We have learned it is cheaper to go through the direct website, and if I’ve had any problems online the service over the phone has been really friendly. We have found all the properties well advertised (accurate info and plenty of photos), and it’s been great to be able to access pet friendly accommodation. After a recent experience I would suggest that Jurien Bay Professionals have sales staff training in customer service, accuracy in documentation and have the courtesy to advise the seller with the outcome of the final inspection. Either positive or negative. Doug Davey
Unit 55, we stayed 4 nights, paid for 5. The place wasn’t very tidy when we got there, one bed not made, belongings from past tenants were found under beds, missing appliances etc. Linen cupboards and shed storage was locked so all we had to tidy up after ourselves was a single broom. We kept the unit tidy considering 5 of us were staying there but we were accused of having a dog because they found “some hair” (photo of “proof” attached) and charged us a cleaning fee of $61.02 for this.
