Owner is arrogant, makes threats, lies to property owners, has history of poor behaviour and tenants live in fear. 0/10 would never recommend. If zero stars was an option I would have given a zero star rating.
This has been one of the most challenging professional interactions I’ve experienced. The agent’s communication style was consistently unprofessional, and at times came across as intimidating and dismissive. There appeared to be little regard for maintaining respectful or collaborative relationships with other professionals, which is essential in this industry. I would strongly encourage a significant improvement in professionalism, communication, and respect when dealing with others.
