Lesley is a great PM to work with, property owneship cn be such a hustle but Lesley seamlesly makes the big surprises feel seamless. As an investment property owner I spend my time focussing on family, self, the next investment and my active income-generating endeavours (i.e. my day Job). I don't get calls and urgent emails but tend to know of things after they are sorted and that's what a great property manager does!

Amazing at insurance claims when everything went wrong through storms, bad tenants (not from their doing but when I thought being my own property manager as a landlord was a good idea) and good at timely inspections.

Lauren was fantastic when she helped me purchase my first investment property. She made the process so easy and enjoyable. She was helpful and informative, and even picked up the slack when my settlement agent dropped the ball! I will definitely be turning to her when its time to sell my current home in the near future.
