I would luv to recommend Pam Younai for property manager of the year for 2025/2026. I have dealt with a lot of property managers but Pam is the best in the business nothing is a hassle and any problems they are sorted out straight away, so her problem solving skills are well above average everything you need in a property manager so my advice to the professionals Forster don’t ever lose her as she is 1 brilliant asset. We engaged the "Professionals" Forster/Tuncurry to manage our rental property. During the course of our dealings maintenance was carried out at our property that had not been requested. I explained their error and requested some financial concession, especially since the actual maintenance that had been discussed still needed to be attended to.
