Fantastic agent who helped our house-buying process run smoothly. Very good communicator.
We had a pretty challenging journey selling our house and buying our next one, and we're so grateful we had Brad Jones in our corner. From the start, Brad was honest and genuinely focused on what was best for us. When we found the house we wanted, he helped us decide on a fair price, proving to us that he was looking after our interests, not just trying to get a deal across the line. I have spent the last couple of years trying to get into the property market before I purchased this block of land. The process was made simple and efficient by Brad and his team. The ease and timeliness in which the purchase was completed made it an entirely stress-free process.
Karlene was absolutely fantastic in assisting my partner and myself buy our first home. We couldn't have asked for a better agent in any regard. She was prompt, friendly and an AMAZING with communication about any questions we had and in getting everything sorted for the sale. Buying a first home and navigating your way through what is a very confusing and stressful process was made as easy, and organised as possible thanks to Karlene. If we ever sell, I know who I'll be calling! Massive thank you again!!
What an amazing read estate agent! . I have just sold my first home and bought a house together with my fiancé, both times using Brad as our real estate agent. I could not speak highly enough of Brad. He was so helpful, easy to get along with and found the absolute perfect house for our growing family. The process of buying and selling our homes was so easy and stress free and although I don’t want to do it again in a hurry, I feel at ease knowing Brad will be the agent we choose to go with every time. Brad, it was an absolu... read more
