This is a verified review . I do not recommend Professionals Cabramatta . My agent was Kevin Ha and he was rude and unprofessional . This agent refused to allow me a final inspection, even though I made the deposit and requested it three weeks in advance. Buyers are entitled to a pre-settlement inspection in NSW . He has no respect for buyers . He was disrespectful both before and after I made the deposit. I strongly do not recommend this agent or this agency .
