This is a verified review . I do not recommend Professionals Cabramatta . My agent was Kevin Ha and he was rude and unprofessional . This agent refused to allow me a final inspection, even though I made the deposit and requested it three weeks in advance. Buyers are entitled to a pre-settlement inspection in NSW . He has no respect for buyers . He was disrespectful both before and after I made the deposit. I strongly do not recommend this agent or this agency .
Friendly team and great customer service
A friend of mine works here, so they recommended it, and I was surprised at how easy it was I told them my budget and where I wanted to live, and they sent me a list of places that were spot on. I only needed to see 2-3 places before I decided. The contract process was clear, no hidden fees. Everything was smooth, wow
Met a ton of agents, but professional cabramattawas by far the easiest to deal with. Knows his stuff but also just a chill dude. One time we were out house hunting in the heat, and he grabbed me an iced tea—who does that? Kept me updated the whole way, explained everything without the usual real estate BS, and never rushed me. Ended up with an awesome place, no stress.
Had to sell my house fast, thought it’d take forever—but the staff here got it done crazy quick He knew exactly how to price it right so I’d sell fast but still make good money. After every viewing, he’d update me with details, even tiny stuff like “buyers love the balcony but not sure about the kitchen.” Made a couple tweaks based on his advice, and boom—sold for more than I expected. 10/10, dude’s a legend
