As a tenant they’re very unprofessional towards you, their mannerism and respect is out the door. If you’re the landlord however, they’ll kiss ass to make sure they get your business.
Michael Sabongi is a charismatic persuasive sales agent.. He is very enthusiastic in promoting my property and was able to achieve a great result for me as the owner. The sales price made me happy. It is not low and not that high which I think is very reasonable. He is charismatic and was able to sell my property within a few days after it was put in the market.
