I can't say enough about my experience here! I've been to another shop in the past in Altoona & it was terrible. The color didn't match, my bumper kept falling off, nothing fit perfectly (I late found out the shop used was a cheap aftermarket bumper). My car was never the same. After this accident (Deer ran in front of me) I decided to go with Professionals & am so glad I did. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are predators waiting for their next victim. The biggest mistake we made was bringing our vehicle to you was not doing enough research and investigation in your shady ways, but just trusting your convincing manipulative commercials. I have since read every review that I could find and can count on my fingers how many positive experiences people have had. Only nightmare after nightmare. Have used them many times for personal and business vehicle accident repairs. They do thorough quality work every time and have years of experience dealing with insurance companies. They definitely get my 5 stars.
