Dishonest, unreliable and fraudulent. Brian Heres was hired (and paid) to mow our lawn weekly. After somebody working for him mistakenly broke a glass panel (rock from weed whacker), Brian acknowledged this face-to-face and said "well, I owe you a window" then commented how this was only the second time it occurred in his 20+years of business.
