I hate that i had to give 1 star they don't deserve it . Wrong contact information they don't take online appoints the 1st number given to me went straight to vm for 2wks didn't even have a greeting with their name finally I got a different number from groupon called and someone just answered hello again no company greeting i had to ask if i was calling the right place I was told to text my info to make an appointment I waited over a week did not receive a call or text email nothing. Ok with my visit!
They have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but only called an hour and a half before my appointment to let me know they don't have hypoallergenic accommodations, yet have had the booking for a week. Then said hopefully I can get a refund. Clearly, they really don't want to work with people who bought groupons. Which by the other posts, seems to be a growing theme. Now, the massage therapist is harassing me via text message!!! Stay away from these psychos!!!!
Terrible! Will not return calls. Texts "LOL" when I requested appt. I may drive by and see if there's really such a location. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Sorry I wasted mine.
