Had a poor experience on the phone where I came home in the evening to a bat flying in my common room. I requested assistance getting the pest removed and was quoted 225$ for an emergency call. After mentioning the price was a little high for a single bat, which should be easy for a professional, the employee stated “Well I’m not going to come out for free” with an arrogant tone. I highly recommend their services. I set up a trap in my home had no idea what I was gonna catch but ended up catching a big raccoon. I called and recieved a phone call back from Jason within 20 minutes and an hour later he was there to pick up the raccoon for me. He also brought my trap back which I highly appreciate.

We have a rather large snake living under my back porch steps. It’s been hiding and to me that might mean preparing to have its babies or just seeking shelter.
