If I could give this medical center a negative rating for the office staff, particularly, Anita that needs a new job, I would. I cannot express how rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and negative this person is. From answering the phone as if she doesn't want to be bothered, to the tone in her voice, to the rude comments made about a patient, and the list goes on. I am only giving this office a 1-star rating because I like my doctor. The staff is more "Unprofessional Village". Been a patient for close to 30 years...now all they care about is scheduling unnecessary appointments and if you have insurance...the mighty dollar...no actual care for patients and their well-being. Very sad.
Dr.Diponio is amazing! The whole office staff is super sweet (which as you know can be hard to come by). And the NP Kate that handles all things woman is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this office. I'm so happy I was pointed in their direction. They really care about their patients.
I have seen Dr. DiPonio for years and he has helped me navigate some complex medical issues. He is a great doctor! Moreover, the team of nurses and staff are also fantastic and very helpful when you need something. The office does not have the 'superior' attitude some doctors' offices emote.
