Just had a very strange experience, Was told over the phone today that I can’t refill my inhaler prescription I’ve had since I was 12 after this month until I go to a “specialist” they recommended, kind of wild to strong arm patients into spending unnecessary money or taking a day off work they don’t have to go see another doctor and then refuse prescription when they don’t take your “advice” I could see if this was opiates or something but an emergency inhaler ?

Dr. Shepherd saved my life. This coming Feb. 29th will be my 20th. year of remission from prostate cancer. Dr. Shepherd talked me into a PSA test as I was going to be 50 in a few days. I had no symptoms of any kind. Turns out, I was already in stage 3 prostate cancer! I was informed that it was a pretty aggressive form of cancer. Had I waited another year my diagnosis would have been very different. He truly saved my life.
