I can't say it has been a very smooth or pleasant experience at PVS, I took my car down to them with a knocking issue that needed to be investigated and quoted to fix, they seemed very nice knowledgeable people. I was called back once I dropped the car off the following week, told that the rubber around the ball joint has perished and the other side was showing signs of wear (day 1), I made the decision to have them both replaced, which was obviously going to be on (day 2), at a cost of £450 + vat. Always get a decent qoute and great service
Recently just had a service in December with brake pads and discs replaced and my MOT done during this February. I had my car picked up and dropped off from my home with no hassle and received fabulous customer service throughout with consistent updates. Would definitely recommend, especially for women looking for trustworthy and honest garages.
