Elvis, the owner, was clear in his communications and straightforward in his pricing. He arrived at my apartment as stated (though delayed a bit due to usual Brooklyn traffic) and completed the repair in a professional and efficient manner. To top things off, he is a very nice person. I highly recommend Professional Upholstery as this company is just that, "professional"!
Omg!!! This company is soo professional, they turned my old and broken antique chair and my dining table, as new again, they are fast, courteous, affordable and very reliable. I highly recommend them
Excellent service! On time! Quick n great quality work! He walked in with a leather that wasn't exactly the color of my chair and in minutes he tinted his leather to become a perfect match I was so impressed with his work! He was in and out cleaned up well and the customer service was terrific 5 stars for sure!!!! Highly recommended!
