This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever delt with. Not only was the lady very unhelpful on the phone, she was extremely rude and repeatedly nasty with me. When I asked why someone couldn't call me just to give the status of what's wrong with my TV, she said "there's not enough hours in the day." I will definitely be in contact with the manager, and if not resolved, I won't hesitate to contact the BBB.
