I went to this shop to fix an issue with my truck. When I arrived, I clearly explained the problem I was having. They told me to park the truck and wait in the office. After some time, they came back and told me what the issue was the exact same thing I had already told them when I checked in. Then they charged me for “troubleshooting,” even though I had already identified the problem for them. Very disappointing experience. I expected better communication and more transparency about charges.They don’t know nothing!!
