I'd give them a 3 but they destroyed some of my retaining wall blocks and didn't tell me they did it, one of my fence panels, and left the yard where the tree was bare of any grass and only loose dirt even though they had mats to put down to protect it. They also demolished a junk of the bank that runs parallel to my driveway. The guy promised to take care of it and then never ever came back or contacted me again. I'd like to say that Gordon Adams sent very professional arborists to take care of our two large pear trees and four other small trees that we have. Everyone was polite and friendly and professional and we'll be using Gordon and his crew again. As an aside, Gordon charges a fair price. I had received a quote from another company earlier and they were going to charge me twice the price. I just have a bad vibe about that company and I'm glad Gordon came through for me and my family.
