We had a tree planted and my wife was given a verbal one year warranty on the tree. The tree died. We called to get a replacement tree and they claimed that they didn't give us a warranty. After a lot of back and forth the company said that they would replace the tree in good faith. However it has now been almost 3-4 months since contacting them and they still have yet to replace our tree and they are no longer returning our phone calls or texts. So this company was recommended to me by a co-worker who I trust. I had to schedule out 2 months in advance to get trees trimmed. No big deal. They did it in September. However, they only trimmed the lowest hanging branches, which almost appeared like they did nothing. I was sort of satisfied, but not really. Fast forward to now.
