Lady at the desk was very rude. I gave her my info never call me so I can get my car fixed. I don’t know what’s her problem but she was very unprofessional.
Everything was great when David was there but since he's not been there Dana has been and is trying to run that business into the ground and wants to treat some of their most loyal customers like dogs literally after we've helped them when they were in a bind and watched her lie to the actual owner of the shop about some money etc. etc. but the point is that if David doesn't get back in that shop then that business is not going to last very long because there's a lot more messy business going on up there than what they think... read more
Overall 0 out of 5. Very rude and disrespectful. Kept my truck for over a month and did not do nothing but Change a battery which I do not believe I needed. Charge me $110 just to tell give a incorrect diagnostic for my truck. Took it another shop and got my truck back within 2 days. Professional Transmissions only wants to see how much money they can get out of you. They told me that I needed a new engine and transmissions only to find out this was incorrect. Terrible did not do nothing charge me $110 just to tell me I need a battery and 2 tires nerver diagnostic my car but still charge me 110 nerver will go back my car was there 8 days
