Ridiculously unprofessional. I hired Nicole for bimonthly cleanings. First she said the rates were negotiable. So we agreed on $130 per cleaning. My newborn ended up needing 5 brain surgeries. And I was falling behind on scrubbing. Very happy to hire help to ease some of my overwhelming stress I was very excited to have help. I had a miscommunication with my husband. Nicole is always super responsive and able to work around our schedule! Tara has been cleaning our house for a year now and has always done a great job! She works quickly and around my work from home schedule by making sure to prioritize my office before meetings.
We've been using Tara and Nichole for several tears now on an alternating week schedule. Simply couldn't be happier. They do a wonderful job, and the house always smells so good afterwards. They also never miss a scheduled date. We have absolutely no reason to look for anyone else.
