I have been going to this cleaners for about 3 years. Service was aways good until June 2010 I took in 10 pairs of pants 1 pair of my pants were damaged on one side. It looked like something was ran down the pants legs and in 3 places the thread was pulled. When I got home and looked at the pants the ruined pant leg was hung on the hanger so you could not see it. Took the pants back the next day, asked for them to repair or replace and all the lady could say "The damage was not done by her cleaners, she did repair or replace... read more
