They fix everything
Very unorganized, poor communication, very slow, and replaced the wrong components in my Milwaukee power tools. The chuck one of my quarter inch drives wouldn't lock the bit in place. Did a visual demonstration and had a video I emailed. Maybe 4 weeks later it's FINALLY done, I go pick up, review the paper work to see they replaced some battery / power gizmo... like what?
