Placed an online order, they never shipped. Emailed them, and they would not email me back, and they don't pick up the phone. Cannot leave a voicemail either. Worst service I've ever experienced.
Such a disgrace to have these people selling DeWalt equipment and tools. I couldn’t even walk in there with all the mess laying all over the floor. On top of that two ladies were just sitting down chatting away with no intention to sell. I asked to speak to management and one of them said she was the manager , ugh enough said. I just walked out. Never again !!!!
