I would run quickly away from them. Closed on my house and the will from the estate from which it was purchased was not even probated. Took us 1 year with title insurance to get this cleared up. They were no help. Run quickly away from them

They didn't put more effort into pulling information and documentation they needed from the buyers and the lender. When I would call for an update the response I got was almost always that they were "waiting" for information or documents. They are very nice and friendly but I give them 2 stars for effort on my transaction. I will give them credit though for staying late to finalize the closing.

We don’t recommend doing business with Premium Title for a number of reasons. We contacted them on 01/22/2021 and requested a quote for a title search and title insurance for an investment property we had recently purchased. On 01/29/2021 they requested we forward the address of the property. On 02/03/2021 they emailed us and told us they had ordered a title search. We hadn’t given them the approval to order a title search and were still waiting for a quote for title insurance and a title search. We were taken aback by this... read more

Our experience with this title company was less than positive. we found them to be unresponsive and impersonal. They use some sort of service that sends out automated emails that didn't jibe with where we were in the closing process.
