Traditionally we have focused on deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, but we also do sports massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and pregnancy massage. For an extra special treat (or in the colder months) we offer hot stone massage. Our therapists are all skilled, dedicated practitioners who are committed to giving each client the best treatment possible.

I had an amazing massage this past week with Kara--so relaxing!! I'd been having some tension in my upper back and neck, and she really worked out the knots! I love the background music too, it's so calming. :) Everyone at PTM is so friendly and I would 100% recommend it to a friend!

I never considered myself a "massage" kind of person but several years ago experienced an excruciating pain/knot in one of my back muscles and called PTM in desperation. They had me come in that evening, worked on the problem and the issue was completely gone by the next morning. Needless to say, I've been a true believer ever since - I see Carol once a month for a 45-minute sports massage which helps me stay "tuned up" and keeps any nagging muscle aches and pains at bay.
