Their service is very reliable, always available to answer questions and you can count on them. We are not living in New York at this time but we continue to use PTS for our tax needs. You simple speak to them on the phone, send in what is requested and the job is done. They will always get to you in a timely fashion

Good quality for the price A very professional organization. Performed a very thorough review of my tax situation. Willing to spend any time needed to understand my tax situation both in person and via telephone. Helped tremendously in identifying tax savings that I was eligible to take (ie both tax deductions and tax credits). Very reasonable and affordable prices.
