I changed my mind on going with them.. the lady who answered the phone was one of the rudest people I have encountered. Someone else should be answering the phone that's for sure!!!!
Will always come back! I don’t trust anyone besides Pat to file my return
Obviously they are unaccustomed to a busy tax season. Female that answered the phone was very unprofessional and distraught. She talked as if she was drinking an energy drink… she continued to interrupt and talk over me. I won’t call them again even though my parents used them for years and it was for my mothers taxes. They knew all of the situation from last year… should not have been a lot to do for this year…. Geeeze she rattled on and on about this form and that form that would have to be filed. My opinion… go elsewhere.
