No call no show! Owner is rude!
We had our carpets cleaned with Professional Steam Cleaning. Rich did an excellent job! He was on time, courteous and did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets. I would definitely recommend Rich and Professional Steam Cleaning Prattville to do an outstanding job at your home.

I thought my carpet was ruined, I was ready to buy new. I'm glad a friend of mine highly recommended professional carpet cleaning! They did an amazing job, my carpet looks brand new!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
So I'm moving to the area. Need a carpet cleaning. So I called them. Guy answers the phone with a moan or a grunt. So I asked if they could hear me and they hung up on me. No call back. Days later I decided give them another chance and requested a quote on their website and no one got back to me in a week so far. 👎
