I have been dealing with this local company for many, many years, back when they were downtown and I cannot stress how remarkable their customer service is. Eight years ago I had my entire house wired with speakers (for music) and surround sound for the TV. It all operates with the app MusicCast. Amazing customer service, and very knowledgeable! Dealing with Rich was a great experience! He was able to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction. I will definitely be a returning customer!
The owner of the store helped me connect my speakers to my amp to play my vinyls and connect Bluetooth as well. He found a solution to my issue that was more economical than I expected and it all works perfectly. It was nice getting to know about him being a second generation audio store owner. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. I’ll go back in a second if/when I ever need anything audio wise
