MERCHANT SERVICES BEWARE: I’ve had issues from day 1 using their services. From employee mistakes and lackadaisical processes to my clients being overcharged with unauthorized transactions.
Had them for 10 years, they were great until this year they had a change in management and policy. They doubled everyone's premium assuming the dentist started doing surgical procedures. The took two unauthorized charges from my bank, doubled my quarterly payments, when I contacted them questioning the charges, they stated they sent a renewal in the mail and email which I never received.
