Got a message from professional Smiles saying I have an appointment. Confirmed on messenger. I was out of state but needed my teeth cleaned which would have been my second cleaning of the year which my insurance says I can receive 2 cleanings a year. Drove home for the appointment got a call from Professional Smiles saying that they don’t accept my insurance anymore.
