Absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I have an appointment scheduled, they cancel it, often at the last minute, and somehow it always ends with me being blamed. No explanation, no accountability—just excuses. Because of their constant cancellations and incompetence, I’ve repeatedly been left without my medication, which is dangerous and irresponsible.
