It wasn't easy to find someone who understood or would even do the job. John was amazing. He tested a spot, and he felt he could improve, so we booked it! We are thrilled with the results. It took some time to wait for John to be available both for the consult and the appointment to do the carpet cleaning, but it was more than worth the wait! Everyone that was involved, from the initial call to the booking, has been amazing to deal with. Thank you so very much!
