Horrible customer service, rude employees and will try to get over on you any way they can make a buck.
Absolutely blown away that when I called to cancel service, due to not owning the property any longer, I was told I can not get my unused portion of my payment refunded. They pay the monitoring company up front. So, it’s not ok for them to not get their money back, but ok for me, the customer to not get money back!?!?! Especially, since they are now holding money for a service they are not providing! What a racket.

Very poor customer service. Don’t call close to closing as they will just tell you they close at 4 and will have somebody call you next week. Never received the phone call just wanted off the phone so could go home.
