DCR came out and roofed my house in Spring Valley. They did a great job! The roofers explained to me, on a daily basis, and in detail how the project was going. The end product was more than I hoped for. I have a second house that needs to be roofed as well. DCR will be getting a call from me soon. Thanks again.
Although John did a nice job on my roof, after several calls having to do with roof issues, he informed us that he would no longer honor the roof warranty. After paying what we consider to be a premium to have a quality roof done, we are not happy about the outcome. I wouod recommend finding a different roofer at this point, especially since the owner retired and had to come back put from retirement after his Son didn't work out.
This company is AWESOME on all levels! Everything they've ever fixed has never needed to be touched again. Everyone is very nice and professional. They do top notch work and always complete it in the time frame specified. I added some services mid-job and they still finished on time. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
